After School Drama Club Application form
Please use this form to apply for Drama Club once you've been notified by your child's school
 

From time to time we may want to photograph or video your child for advertising purposes on our website and occasionally for our social media accounts. Please tick the box above to confirm you grant permission for this.

Thank you, your form has been submitted!

Once you have submitted this form you will be emailed within 24 hours to confirm your child's place and you will be asked to make payment.
